November 2, 20232 yr Lead should be 6 or 7 to 0. Still feels a bit precarious after what happened 12 years ago.
November 2, 20232 yr Or not. Sewald has finally gone from no runs surrendered since the middle of September to this abrupt ending... Marcus Semien of all players with the crushing blow.
November 2, 20232 yr Good teams can lose their best RH hitter and barely skip a beat. Congrats to the Rangers for doing a rebuild the right way and convincing a HOF manager to join them in their journey. Reinsdorf should be ashamed of how he operates things. Every year he is proven again to be a farce of an owner.

The A's couldn't believe how raw he still was when they got him (at least defensively). Its just another peanut in the White Sox's turd.

He was pretty mediocre for the A's until Ron Washington taught him how to defense. Then he learned that elevating and pulling the ball = homers and he's been pretty good ever since.
November 2, 20232 yr A team that made aggressive plays for star players and hired Bochy won the world series....imagine that. FML

FML This Rangers team had a lot of the same guys on offense last year and they were nowhere near this good. Bochy and his staff definitely played a role in them improving. Now imagine if we could have taken that and put it towards the 2021 White Sox... I don't think I can ever forgive JR for hiring La Russa.

What we were promised and what we ended up with is a straight up disservice to the fans. This is a year they were supposed to be a prime WS contender and missing opportunities to beat a team like the Diamondbacks just plain sucks. Also I would have been a pig in s%*# since I live in AZ and would have spent way too much money going to games. ? The Sox... they gawn.
November 2, 20232 yr Guys with 2 WS MVP trophies: Bob Gibson, Sandy Koufax, Reggie Jackson, Corey Seager.
