Of course you liked Dick Allen, off the top of my head there was his brother Hank and pitcher Neil Allen, I can’t recall the 4th Allen. Do the owner brothers Arthur and John Allyn count?

Dont forget about pitcher Lloyd Allen, I dropped my glove from the stands in the outfield during warm ups and he was shagging fly balls for whatever reason and he was nice enough to toss it back to me

In my mind I remember Canseco being productive.  Don’t know if my memory is correct on that one.

Didn't Canseco bounce a ball off his head over the RF wall or something like that? Leflore got hit in the head by a ball too I think in CF.

Yes!

The Sox had four lefty starters at that point - Wortham, Baumgarten, Kravec, Trout.

Britt Burns made five at one point.

He did in 1982... it bounced off the bill of his cap and led to an inside the park home run by the Red Sox. It was Dave Stapleton, I think who hit it.

Good job the fourth Allen was Lloyd. Touche on the owner brothers.

What did Chappas do post baseball? Did he have a career in something? Too short to be a factor in baseball IMO.
