July 4, 20241 yr please tell me that the sorry state of this DSL team isn't indicative of the quality of the Sox international signings.

July 4, 20241 yr Tommy Vail was scheduled to start for Kanny, but he apparently got promoted to WS. Keener is starting on short rest instead...a walk and 2 HBP in the first, but he wiggles out of it.
July 4, 20241 yr Baldwin is rocking an impressive 5.000 OPS in AAA right now. That’s gotta be near the top of the league.
July 5, 20241 yr Colson's turn for a ? Absolutely crushed 417ft to RF Edited July 5, 20241 yr by Autumn Dreamin
July 5, 20241 yr The 3 guys that really matter and look like potential future important pieces all go yard in Charlotte, love it.

July 5, 20241 yr Knights win, 8-3. 5 HRs for the game (Baldwin, Quero, Montgomery, Chavis, Payton). Baldwin 2-3 with a HR and walk. Quero 1-4 with a HR. Montgomery 1-4 with a HR. Colas 1-3 with a 3B, SB, heads up baserunning, and a nice sliding catch. Fletcher 1-4 with solid CF defense. Also some solid pitching for guys we should start seeing in the MLB pen this year and next (Leasure, Coffey, Ellard, Peralta). Knights suddenly very exciting.
July 5, 20241 yr My guy Mason Adams doing Mason Adams things: 6IP, 2ER, 6H, 1BB, 9K. Barons are going to need some offensive reinforcements without Quero and Baldwin though.
July 5, 20241 yr Seems like an AAA-promotion could be made for Mason Adams, Tim Elko, maybe Wilfred Veras (but he’s only 21). Also Andrew Dalquist and Garrett Schoenle from the bullpen.
July 5, 20241 yr Wow - killer day in AAA… Sure would be nice if Colson could flip a switch and hit .300+ for the second half. Really would like to see him striking out less too. What do his advanced stats suggest?

Depending how the trade deadline goes I expect to see some new names for Kanny the Dash and Barons.
