Have to get him off the field...but that means playing 3-4 more DHs on the field somewhere else.

Benintendi DH next year, Fletcher in LF, find a RF that has some power

  • I mean this respectfully, but it’s easier if you don’t try to make sense of things they do/will do.  It’s a mom and pop diner trying to go up against legit franchises.

Your version of horrible is actually a 2 game improvement over our 6-24 start to this season.

Schiffren has said “it seems like a totally different team” like 20 times this year.

I don't think Benintendi will be here next year.

Same, and it’s so dumb.

Btw, why does Bobby Miller suck so much?

He's a head case.

How about my guy Gav??

There is no reason not to bring in Elias Diaz instead of having Robinson play. If anything, Diaz plays well here and maybe you want to bring him back.

They would still have to pay Chuckie probably

He looks good, it’s amazing what happens when you tell hitters to hit for power.  Meanwhile, Tyler Fitzgerald is the best local guy.

*See previous post about the dumbest team in baseball

I'm so happy for him.  Great Kid. Great family.

Damn, back to no one with an OPS in the .700 or higher range in the lineup

Vaughn up to a .699 OPS is a positive I guess.

Wrong.  .699.  ?

Scriffen overriding Beckhams correct answer of the Astros being good since 2015 saying they have been good since 2011. Of course, listening to him gush over the White Sox this year makes you think his standards of being good are a little low. 2011 106 losses, 2112 107 losses, 2013 111 losses,  2014  92 losses. It takes a minute to look it up, but a minor league level guy like him, can’t do it.

I really don’t see the point of this.  Diaz is nearing retirement.  What is he going to fix on this team in two months?  Diaz is not a guy the Sox should be looking to sign in the offseason either.

Obviously concerned AA/AAA players were just going to get overwhelmed.

Not Getz's fault on the development side though.

So the former director of player development isn't to blame for.....the lack of development? Lol wut?

Fletcher is never going to hit for any type of power with his swing. I still don’t understand what Sox scouts look for.

Years of control.  McCarthy is light years better than Fletcher but he had one less year of control.

I said the same in a previous post.  I hope caulfield was being sarcastic.

Future utility player

What an ugly game by the Sox. I’ve seen better baseball played by A ball teams.

If you can’t rely on Sosa, Benintendi and Chuckie Robinson for defense….

Plus, Vaughn's brain fart and Baldwin's botched double play relay.

I’m pretty sure a White Sox loss officially eliminates them from the playoffs.

One of those games where we would have been screaming “Fire Pedro”

It appears Matt Thornton shrunk a few inches and now throws with his right arm.

Benintendi over the last 30 days has an OPS almost .900 lol

Two walks tonight, is this just a fluke?
