4/4 - Sox @ Tigers, 12:10 CDT - Cannon v. Flaherty

Featured Replies

Jankowski when he was "good" was a .240ish hitter lol.

At least Taylor has SOME occasional power.

He should have been out by a mile  major screw up by the Tigers. Lol

This is how Baldwin looked in the minors. Surprising pop for his size.

I’m just content every game they don’t get shutout

Jankowski getting this much playing time is insane

This strikezone is very high and very low.

It would be nice for one Sox middle infield prospect to put up a 2-3 fWAR.

Unfortunately his defense really needs to pick up in order to do that.

Like I said on the last page, only thing I can think of is its because its late March/early April games and he's going to be cut soon anyway.

That's moronic thought process. Lets just play Jankowski a lot, were going to cut him anyways. Right up the White Sox alley.

I didn't say it was a good reason lol just that it's the only thing I can think of.

Edit: you can't really argue that he's in because of his defense because Michael Taylor is here

So we're showcasing Jankowski for a trade?

More likely is Venable is playing the lineup he trusts most to win as many games as possible...especially in the first half of the season to make a clean break from 2024 thoughts.

Vargas the goat at two hop throws

That was not a strong throw, John.

What is Vargas doing?

Bear claw throw triple bounce...first hop behind the mound.

It was a nice pick on both sides, though.

No, not showcasing. Just let them take the lumps of playing in non-ideal weather.

Vaughn has had to pick some really stinky throws this season.

This is game 6 and ive already seen Vargas severely short hop 2 throws on fairly routine plays at third. Eeesh.

Has he thrown less than like 6 pitches to anyone yet?

Little dirt strip from plate to mound now gone...pitchers hated it, hearkened back to stadiums 100 years ago.

Approaching 50 pitches and not even 2 IP pitched yet so I would say no

That's why 2B is probably his "ideal" defensive spot.

Or LF 1B DH.

50 pitches lol.

Need not give him anything to hit here

Sadly I don’t think that’s it at all
