I realize that he has been a major league manager for 40+ game and that is a very small sample. He is friendly, he is likeable and he seems to consistently make lousy in game decisions and it all comes down to risk management. I expected more, his reputation was he is quite bright. He won't be here in 2 years. 

PS - I don't blame him for the head scratching lineups, I assume a lot of those decisions are not solely his.
