I suppose those organizations should be cleaning out their development for guys who will have every prospect playing with the wisdom of a 39-year-old vet when they hit the bigs. Their new owner is as bad as the last one. the proof was partially in the pudding with his role as president of UChicago's board of trustees. Still, it's a good job. somebody took the Sox job, right? I gotta say I do like that Sox staff is getting promotional looks, but I also can't help but remember the great Satan himself Rick Hahn also turning down GM interviews before he was handed the Sox job. I will also say that I know what we all think of Jerry, but the Orioles might be one of a couple of franchises run more poorly than the Sox right now.
