I never said it would be most of what is remaining. I did think that there’s no way the White Sox make the trade without getting money back. Everyone else said they wouldn’t get any cash in the deal because they were getting the better prospect back. Edit: Apparently it’s $8 million, $4 million a year. The original rumor was that the Boston pitching prospect coming back would be 10-15 and the White Sox prospect was around the back-end of their top 30.
