For the second straight year, the Broncos took an Illinois player in Miles Scott (last year they took Pat Bryant who turned out to be our 2nd best WR by the end of the season). Need scouting report from Illini fans on Scott, please.

The DE thing is starting to feel like RB last year. If you look at the guys available, even at 57, who do you take? From 57 to the end of round 3, there was not a single DE that fits the mold of a 4-3 DE....Sure, they could have taken another smaller guy, but they already have Booker who may or may not struggle against the run..

You don’t use a booker as a reason not to draft another edge rusher. You stack them

So who do you take and where?

This is a BS reply and you know it is. Nobody needs to list off the DTs and Edges taken between the 2nd and final round to justify it, there were plenty of names chosen with those positions. In three months you are gonna be “squinting and seeing” some undrafted guy who is never going to see the field and we are still gonna be wondering if Booker can play, because we have only seen a small sample size of the guy. The Bears need to spend actual money now if they plan on filling those gaps

DDS instead of the WR was probably the right move. When the Packers took him 2 picks ahead of the Bears I was pissed. Even he is not necessarily the best fit for a 4-3 though.

The comment wasn't meant to be "BS" i was genuinely curious. From a 4-3 standpoint the DE market was trash. Just got sign Clowney and call it a day.

I was mostly surprised that they didn’t take an edge at 25 or trade up to draft one in the second round before the run on edges occurred. I forgot about Booker but I really think they need someone to produce on the opposite side.

The WR pick is absolutely inexcusable. The idea that narrowing down your board so much based on fit that you are taking tiny punt returners in round 3 means your process sucks or your coach is over fitting to his scheme

They already signed the dude from Detroit so this pick seemed like a luxury. But maybe they needed some more depth at the receiver position with Moore gone.
