March 14Mar 14 His velo hadn’t dipped and he didn’t seem to be in pain, so hopefully just a cramp or something.
March 14Mar 14 I was just about to say we were doin pretty well injury wise since it was just Teel for a month and we are strong at C. Hope its minor.

March 14Mar 14 Baldwin situation seems to be a bit baffling even to him...but apparently was an issue at times last year as well. Kelenic becomes primary CF backup for now...or Hill, but he's likely going to Charlotte.

The injuries which are starting yet again certainly bother me but I don't think as much as when this team was supposed to be a "contender." I mean honestly, they aren't going anywhere and there's not much difference between losing 90 games or losing 100. It is what it is until Ishbia takes over and cleans house.

I can't wait until they start the next rebuild, so I can seethe and call for all the replacements to be fired, and for an even new rebuild to commense.

Just waiting for a chance to make that 1st statement. People see what they want to see. As to the “not much difference statement”, I guess if everything went wrong, they could lose 90 or so, but not realistic.

They don't seem to have a lot of depth, injuries are going to play a part and the pitching overall is not very reassuring.

The next rebuild won't take place until Ishbia is in charge so you'll be waiting a few more years. And given what we've seen generally over the past 45 years certainly since 2007 I'll take my chances with his judgement regarding the baseball side of the operations. I mean, in all seriousness, how much worse can he be than what is going on lately?
March 14Mar 14 Vasil and Baldwin out? Oh no there goes the world series. Seriously every team gets injuries. Next man up.

The issue with the White Sox over the past several years is the "next man up" usually isn't very good. Again in the grand scheme of things I guess it doesn't matter much, they aren't going anyplace even if every person stays healthy for the entire season (although that could certainly help with the younger players who may be a part of the future.) Here is the story on Baldwin by the way: https://chicago.suntimes.com/white-sox/2026/03/13/white-sox-outfielder-brooks-baldwin-sidelined-by-right-elbow-inflammation Edited March 15Mar 15 by Lip Man 1

I'm not the one hankering for everyone to be fired so we can throw away all the advancements they've made in the last 2 years and start all over again from scratch.

Good thing you're not a Nationals fan, then.
