Because it's the Chris Getz White Sox doing it, of course, it must be the wrongy wrongest thing a team could ever do. I like the idea of having multiple options at each of 7 positions on the field for flexibility.

The Sox have a multiple primary shortstops in the system, and I currently think Colson projects as the best 3B of the lot. At some point, some (most even) of them are going to play other positions. If preparation for that reality means Colson sometimes plays 3B then I get it.He does, and currently should, get the overwhelming majority of his time at short. He's very good at it.
