  • Some here, including yourself, stopped updating projections when the Sox started winning more consistently. All I ever predicted was 77-78 wins. I never said anything about attendance or the playoffs

  • Davis Martin was great today

Nice to see them keep finding different ways to win, including scratching and clawing for this one late. Davis Martin is such a development success story. Win #19 and series win #6, both of which didn

You can't bunt for a hit everytime cmon.

Weird to see.Bunt would have to be perfect with 2 outs.

this is the weirdest strategy

What a weak swing

I blame the dog celebration.

The ump doesn't need to walk away like he is Stone Cold.

absolutely sick play by cole young

The sooner we don't have Peters in the lineup anymore, the better IMO.

Peters swing is too long

How did he not beat that out

did we not know there were 2 outs?

atrocious effort today, as expected since they can't win when the sun is out

Cant just give away two strikes in that situation.

Peters a 4th outfielder on a playoff caliber team.

He believes his best chance is bunting rather than swinging away.

Especially against a tough lefty.

Bunting for two strikes with the bases loaded and 2 out against a pitcher who can't get it over the plate was just crazy, especially when you're literally the guy who is always bunting. Venable needs to step in and tell him to learn how to hit or else catch the next bus to Charlotte.

do you think coaches didn't call that play lol

He has to distinguish himself from Peters by slugging and he's not doing it so far. Peters much better at small ball things.

Yea, Peters is fantastic at laying down fall ball bunts with two outs!

Let's win this s%*#

Replaced by who in CF?

Hill Pereira Acuna Kelenic?

Just not sure they want Braden to deal with CF AND hitting at the same time when he does come up.

and it wasn't a bunt he just chopped on a swing

Peters has been a surprisingly good player but that at bad was bizarre.

At best.

Drag against a lhp much harder than a push bunt which he's much more comfortable with.

Don’t know enough about Braden’s defense but seems to me this far he is our best option.
