Today's Jacob Gonzalez homer wasn't a full-on Charlotte special, FWIW. Probably not out of every MLB ballpark but struck well. Last night he killed the first one, but hit way too low to get out of any real ballpark. And the other one was only 90mph off the bat and would be an out in a non-Mickey Mouse ballpark

They were saying some similar things about Vargas early in the year with getting everything realigned. Hopefully Quero is able to get everything in sync again.

Well at least he did his job.

These guys want to win and are going to get better as the season progresses plus we have guys in Charlotte who will make us even better, it’s going to come down to the pitching. Getz has to figure something out.
