    Good for him, hope it works out for all involved. Pedro was obviously a boob and not successful leading the Sox, but frankly I don't think he had some massive effect on the direction of the franchise and AFAICT he seems like a decent person.

    Speaking of former Sox managers, has anyone seen any signs of life from Rick Renteria since he was fired? It's like he went into seclusion or something.
