Ohhh a little shot across the bow. LOL. No problem. I somewhat empathized with your complaint about the cheap seats in the 500 level. None of my friends ever sit up there. I suggest getting better seats if you ever plan on returning. Also maybe familiarize yourself with the residential areas to the East of the stadium, the IIT campus/neighborhood, and note the train access at the Sox 35th street station before hardening your opinions further.

So yes, please come back and attend a game this season by any mode of transportation available to you. I was going to go tonight but cancelled any plans earlier because of the forecast.

Pretty short, easy walk

What’s the latest ETA for first pitch? Just trying to see how much time I have to convince Ron to make a ban bet on tonight’s outcome.

That son of a b**** is probably hoping for an F-5 tornado. He literally came out of retirement today for the storms.

Dude has been living the high life since he retired. He's been in Hawaii more 9ften than Chicago

I never knew his brother was the CEO of Enron when everything blew up. Interesting.

Actually he's alive.....in Texas.

Kenneth Lay died a few months before his sentencing.

Wonder what kind of a crowd is there?

Any soxtalkers in attendance to fill us in?

Probably similar the last time the game was like 3 hours delayed and started around 9:45PM. Against Angels I think?

Are we feeling there’s a parallel between Enron and SpaceX?

Not unless Elon has a world class meteorologist sibling.

I mean they can play under a drizzle. I'd imagine they are going to wait at least another hour. Off days in August are precious. I see what you're saying on the radar but maybe they get a 8:45ish start in.

My mother would never go to bed until she heard Tom's forecast....she wasn't going anywhere, she just needed to know.

I saw him speaking at MSI once....the man is a weather Rock Star.

He's awesome. Everyone says he's just a nice in person as he appears to be on the air. For many years, he hosted a Weather Day at Sox Park.

Well s%*#, new Sox in all the ways I guess. This feels like one they would have tried to get in in prior seasons. Oh well nobody can get hurt on a wet field and Colson's back gets another rest day.
