Lookie there - Peter’s went first to third like he’s sposed to.

I love seeing this team fight.

Brewers are keeping the Indians at bay too.

I know it probably won't matter, but screw this ump man

Horrific job by the umpire in Braden's AB. Missing two completely different locations by a clear margin in 3 pitches.

Please run an investigation on this ump team. Literal same bull s%*# for 2 games

Really wish Will would go lite the ump up and Quero really fucked us on some horrible challenges ( again ).

sucks that Jacob Gonzalez probably won't ever get another long look at the big league level on the Sox after Teel and Murakami are back, the skeptics were right about his power being CLT aided it looks like

I agree: this is the 2nd game in a row where the Sox and Yankees have two different strike zones.

Fedde is 33. Not a young rotation currently with all the young starters they expected to take over during the season on the IR as usual.

Good news is that the Brewers keep piling it on agains Cleveland and they’re three outs away from ending that game.

Vaughn just had a pinch hit rbi double.

8 to 4 Brewers and they’ve got runners on third and second with one out.

Agreed. Ozzie would have been thrown out 5 times by now. I hope he calls Will (and our catchers) out on the post game.

Too small of a sample size for me but I hope he gets hot and increases his trade value.

Wasn’t there a post on here, a few weeks ago, that Quero was the worst in the MLB on ABS challenges?

Yes and he hasn't gotten better

This is the same staff that took two of three from the dodgers. It is what it is. I hope they take their learnings from the series. There is no reason to give up on this team

Maybe it is us to take our learnings. This was a 100 loss team and many predicted a 100 season this year.

We've gotten greedy thinking division or wild card (even more possible). It would be a disappoint missing that possibility but their time is not now.

I was talking about the guys responsible for putting these games out of reach early, they're all older dudes. you could make the case for Davis Martin since he's never pitched a full season but he's been on the Sox going on 4 years now, he doesn't get to claim growing pains

I can understand Quero wanting to challenge the pitch the ump has been calling all game to get him to either stop calling it or at least be consistent

Unfortunately it's NY and the ump doesn't care

Correction: he is only 90th worst out of 91st. My bad

it probably got lost with the ones saying he was the best

Tough seeing us have 10 hits and only 4 runs. I am completely convinced we would have had a much better chance of winning with Peters and Gonzalez in the lineup from the start.

This is also the first series where we are really feeling Mune’s absence. He would have taken advantage of NY.
