I think that was a joke but can't tell. Were you a Lackey lackey ?

I wouldn't care if they sent Romo down and brought up Turner and Lee but it will likely be Quero. They wouldn't add Turner to occupy a 40 man spot anyway. It's already crowded even after the 2 spots traded away.

You would only add Turner if you decided to DFA Romo which, considering his performance, any sane person would likely be considering.

I know I'm a booster for Jerry Reinsdorf's frugality, but for everybody who yells we should sign every 30 year old free agent for all the money they ever wanted, there's probably another way that builds from within, and picks out the 3 year contracts to fill the gaps in that roster.

Develop talent and spend the money to re-sign it. Enough with declining older players. Been there before.

It's their mentality. I no longer worry that a bad loss will send them spiraling. And the way they put teams to the sword when they have the opportunity is impressive. These guys are mentality monsters.

this team hasn't really spiraled yet since the beginning of the season, I keep waiting only to think it's just baseball

.396 wOBA with RISP. .405 wOBA in high leverage situations.

Also great career stats with bases loaded.

Beni's contract aged just fine thank you very much.....just ignore the part where he was also marketed as a GG OF and not just a DH. I've never had much of a problem with him to be honest, probably because I hated that friggin guy from the Dodgers that he replaced here.

I predicted that the Sox would struggle early against DeGrom but would put a crooked number up against him in the 5th or 6th.

It just so happened that they put up a crooked number against him in the 5th and never looked back.

hi8is strikes again!

I was impressed you got the 2 things in your check list also !
