The thing about Richards is not only the changeup a mega-outlier in terms of its movement, so is his fastball. The fastball is super "verty", i.e., doesn't drop nearly as much as a batter is trained to expect. And of course his changeup drops a lot more than a batter would expect...to an unbelievable extent tbh.

I see schultz peed himself again, nice first couple innings though 😂

lol I wasn’t hating on middle aged men, being one myself. But I also don’t jump at every opportunity to s%*# on players. I think it’s just a lot of projecting, personally.
