Only complaint for me is he should have done everything possible to get a second starter. Only way I let him off the hook for that is if someone like Urquidy, Smith, or Thope give us a jolt from the mound for the next 6 weeks plus.

I get no credit for it because it’s obviously after the fact, but Mahle was someone I wanted them to target. I had seen him dominate the Brewers prior and figured the price was low. Huge injury risk though
