Willie and Aaron will make phenomenal bench players.
May 7, 200421 yr Jeremy Reed or Willie Harris. Those are the alternatives, imo. The Sox have other, bigger concerns, when compared with CF and have perfectly good in house solutions.

May 7, 200421 yr Based on our record I do not think anything will be done unless it is to get a top end of the rotation pitcher. We have options as we missed our shortstop for 12 games and went 9-6 not too bad.

He plays a good CF and if moving infielders out of position ( regardless whether they've done it before ) is the alternative, I'd just as soon keep #33 out there. I think Uribe will get his at-bats when JosE6 returns from his STELLAR stint in the minors.
May 7, 200421 yr We could trade southsider for him. And yes, I was kidding. Hey I play a pretty decent SS, a much better 2B. I have some pop, and a lot of speed out of the leadoff spot. Heck I hit over .600 last year

The Sox need to either bring up Reed or Borchard to fill the spot or trade Valentin and Rowand for a CF. But hopefully this does not need to be done because I know Rowand will pull through.
