While we're giving props to Kenny, and this has been mentioned before, getting Garcia early meant we had his arm for several starts before the July deadline. So far he's beaten Minny, Oakland and Seattle, with starts left with Cleveland and Minny again before July 31. This is a huge plus, so again, way to go KW.
