strangely enough the thing that sticks in my mind was a baltimore game when valentin was injured for that short while and uribe was at ss and willie at 2nd and the game ended on a web gem by uribe

I remember that game. It was raining a bit, it was on ESPN. That was when Koch was giving us heart attacks.

-Comeback against TB (attended the game)

-Timo's 3 run single against Anaheim (attended the game)

-Freddy's debut (attended the game)

-The collision and our decision to just take it (wish I attended the game)

-Sweep in Minny

-Jose for Esty

-Coming back from college classes on opening day to find out we lost in the bottom of the ninth to the Royals, while my roommate soaked in a Cubs victory

-Buehrle's almost no-hitter (hard to forget, a storm knocked down a tree during the game and it fell through our house! I continued to watch the game)

-Being in First Place at the All Star Break.

-Great Seasons from Carlos, Shingo, Buehrle, and Rowand.

-Joe Crede = Mr. Clutch Walk Off.

-Getting Snubbed by Torre for the All-Star Game. (Only ELo?)

-Getting Rid of Billy Koch

-Injuries to Frank and Maggs.

-Numerous 5 Game Losing Streaks.

-Still tuning in for every game in Late August and all of September, even if we had no chance.

-SOX PRIDE

*Another season ends with no Post Season. I am still proud to be a White Sox fan.

I love the group of core guys this team is built around, and can't wait until next year.

1.) I remember our quick start and thinking Oz was the answer

and we were going to win consistently all year.

It looked like Manuel had indeed been the problem and we were

going to win, win, win. I was wrong. Was it the injuries that cost

us a title in Oz's first season here? We'll

never know that answer.

2.) Crede's walk off home run after which I thought we were gonna

win it all even w/out Maggs and Hurt.

Little did I know that game would signal the start of a long

losing streak the next day and really the end of our season.

It was perplexing to say the least.

3.) Willie and Uribe looking good early and me thinking I

was wrong and they would be studs all year.

Glad Uribe battled back late in the year to prove he belongs.

4.) Koch sucking early and ruining any momentum we'd build.

5.) Mark B's excellence. Ben Davis' little hot streak after we got him.

Shingo's saves, the injuries ruining our season, and our continued

inability to beat anybody in our division except the Royals, also

Paulie's many homers and Crede coming through in the ninth a lot.

The collision with Harris and Maggs

Valentin's walk off against the Indians.

Lee's long hitting streak

Winning 2/3 against the Cubs

Juan Uribe's breakout

Shingo and his wonderful response from the fans.

That crazy montreal game with Arnie pitching.

Billy Koch and his constant chokes

I sat there questioning why the first month we were playing like a whole new team, running, bunting, hitting in the clutch.............. but as the season progressed we reverted back to our slugging self.

Willie Harris' reaction immediately after he and Maggs collided in short right. He jumped up and looked like a mad man, anyone else remember that? Kinda Funny.

The opening day shocker.

No one throwing at Hunter, post Burke tackle.

The realization that we're gonna stink......for a while.

Good point.

That was perplexing, except with this season there's always the

thing you almost have to have when discussing anything:

What woulda happened had we had Maggs n Frank?
