November 5, 200421 yr I'm not a Texan but I assume this is a pretty ignorant comment? Actually it is close to accurate. Many unskilled immigrants are living in the southwest. They migrate with the crops every year, picking crops. Their kids are only in school a few months out of the year. They walk across Mexico from South America, wanting to live in America. Also, since most schools are funded through property taxes, the schools have less money. IBM doesn't cut a better deal for a school district in rural Texas with $40,000 homes compared to Connecticut with $100,000 homes.
November 5, 200421 yr North Dakota 19th...sweet. That means were smarter then 3/5 of the country. I don't know how that's possible though. It gets to be like -20 in the winter time for weeks at a time. I don't know how any sane person lives up here, let alone SMART people. And just because I ripped the s*** out of myself gives you no right to laugh!
