If were that close signing wright to a deal I don't see why we would be still after clement. I know for sure we cant afford both wright and Clement.

Actually, I think technically, Lee would be dealt to Florida for Castillo and a prospect(not that bad of a move). But then we would ship that prospect off along with Anderson for Podsednik

 

I would like the trade, and I can see why all 3 teams would make it..but the Sox would be giving up too much.

WIth the Money saved we can makea run at a better Front Rotation guy, which I think we would all agree would help this team

Posednik would supply the Sox with what they need at the top of the order, IF he can be close to the player he was in 2003. However, I feel that it's too much of a gamble to take if it's going to cost the team Anderson.

rashid posts a lot of false rumors on Sportsline, as well. They are fed up with him over there, too.

I did a little look around and see that the Jaret thing is still floating and that they are asking silly money. I take it these 21 pages are all rumours since I have heard nothing of interest over the past few days.
