Yes, he gave up a lot of hits when he came up last year, but a lot of them were seeing-eye singles and bloop hits. It's not like he was getting rocked. As for GasCan Vizcaino, it's not even the hits and runs he's given up - it's the walks. A hit won't always hurt you unless you've walked guys in front of the guy who got the hit. Heads22 Posted May 24, 2005 Share Posted May 24, 2005 I believe I am the driver of the Baj bandwagon..... Usually if someone is getting hit hard, a la Viz, they give up homers.
