This could be a LONG game.

Well remember Garland in his last start down here, Cruizing right along and then he got destroyed.

Keep the ball down.

Can anyone shut this team down? Christ! Texas is good, but as their record indicates, they are not that good, due to lousy pitching. We should beat these guys.

FOCKER...TEXIERA WITH A 2 RUN BLAST..

I would hardly call that a blast. He was way out in front of a change up. Stopped. threw his bat at it, got it off the end of the bat. and it went out to the shortest part of the park.

This could be a VERY ugly day. Hopefully I'm wrong

Hawk has gone nuts. Yesterday he wouldn't let off of Gooch, and now he's talking about cheating.

Just keep to the 9 innings of emails. :D

Stud makes the pickup.

After 1, 2-2

Don't worry, these games mean nothing. The Sox only have to play .500 the rest of the season.

I forget, is this the one we're supposed to lose, or is it the next one?

Sign stealing, huh?

How about Mark and Jon pitching absolute meatballs their past three or four outings.

Alright, big inning for Garland to hold 'em down after a 2 spot.

so much for that

Yes, someone please explain to me how that got out. He took an off balance swing at it and got it out.

Has something to do with the centerfield lights.

Heat=long balls.

We need to keep the ball down and keep them at singles here guys. There is a reason that they are good at home, they are a slugging team.

I think Garland will have a good game tonight. He'll settle down in the 2nd inning, and from then on will be lights out. I'm not worried.. and I feel our offense will explode today.

No, it can't be Mark and Jon. It has to be those damn sign stealers!!! The lights, ooooooh the lights!!!fi03.jpg

I wouldn't call the pitch Texeira hit a a meatball. Somehow he got a hold of a low and away changeup and yanked it just over the RF fence.

dammit.. LOL!! a double is better than a homer..!

Garland is a sinkerball pitcher. His whole mission in life is to get sink on the ball and let them hit the ball on the ground.

i luv small ball!!

Can you imagine if Garland got to pitch against the Sox lineup. No-hitter?!
