Sox @ Angels - ALCS Game 4

Whether they bring anyone in or not, I just hope they totally shut them down and keep them demoralized. Scoring a few runs the last couple innings may put their minds in a better place tomorrow. Kick em while they're down.

We just need to win the game. I understand what you're saying, but I have a feeling the Angels will play with a huge chip on their shoulder tomorrow no matter what happens these last 2 innings.

Cmon Freddy, lets not make this interesting.

What about Hermy? He didn't even pitch against Boston.

Haha, there's a make-up call. Ozzie should just sit in the dugout. That call was right.

Dammit, Iguchi didn't touch the bag.

They are just giving one back.

LOL. Thats good. They get a call now.

FINALLY THE MAKE UP CALL... NEIGHBORHOOD PLAY!!!

Yea, the umps are biased towards the Sox

Pretty poor effort by Iguchi. Good thing he got the guy out at first.

Goochhhhhhh

I know they usually let that go, but it should be called like it just was.

Lou's been around the game how long and he's never heard the term neighborhood play?

I have no problem with it.

He's obviously a liar.

Poor effort? That call is always given. poor effort? Just stupid. Effort had nothing to do with that.

I would have been a lot more pissed if he was actually anywhere close to the base.

His left foot was right by it.

The ump made the right call I guess, but you can't give Iguchi s*** for that.

HE WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO THE BASE! He didn't even make the typical effort of bringing your foot back after you catch it. Personally, I'm happy they called that.

Figgins is garbage. 1 for 14 with a million strikeouts in the series.

I've seen that called 90 percent of the time in my experience. Hell, I've seen a guy make a swipe and be a foot off and get it.

Oh well, I always disagreed with that interpretation anyways. The rules says touch the damn bag, so touch it.

I disagree. There was a lot of dirt between the base and his feet.

Get cabrera out, I dont want vlad coming up with a chance to get himself going and get the crowd going.

its cool, we got a 6 run lead. get it next time, gooch! rookie mistake

Well you want to find something to b**** about all the time. I don't. I guess thats the difference.
