has that k-zone thing ever proved a call wrong this ws?

2 walks, 1 double - 0 runs

3 runners reach, no runs. We're opening up the door wide open to take control of this game.

Bah, can't really call that a bad inning, some bad luck no doubt, hopefully we can get to roy next inning.. JON GOING YARD. :)

McCarver on Oswalt: "When Roy throws the ball, he drops and drives. What does that mean? Well, he drops, then drives. It's that simple."

And how 'bout McCarver and Buck siding with the 'Stros as far as the roof controversy.

If I was back home right now, the TV volume would be down and Ed and John would be way up.

Bad luck inning. Bound to happen with all the breaks we've gotten.

Go get them in the next inning.

At least were getting a good look at Oswalt. Sucks JG has to leadoff the next inning though

I beg you....lay off the everyone hates the Sox theory tonight. Complain about something he says in relation to the game, but not the tone of his voice, etc.

I just have the feeling this is not our game. But if we just lose one game, that's ok.

It seems like Oswalt's a little off, or we're just getting to him. If we keep it up, we could break through soon.

We're opening up the door? No.

Maybe bad luck is opening up the door.

If Rowand grounds into a medium type double play, then we waste an inning. As it was it was just bad luck.

33 pitches for oswalt and only 18 for strikes. I like it.

Is it just me or do the Fox announcers desperately want the Astros to win? They are making me sick.

No, it was actually 4 straight good ABs by our hitters, just bad luck. Uribe isn't a very good match-up vs Oswalt, and his best chance of getting a hit is just sitting on a pitch.

Of course they do, they want this thing to go as many games as possible. More $

I really don't think they prefer either team to be honest.

that said, I'm not sure they are crazy about the matchup of astros/white sox either.

We're opening up the door because not only did they get the early lead (which every pundit said was vital in this game), but then bad luck or not, we fail to score after getting the first two runners on base. That's called leaving the door open for the Astros to get the upper hand early in this contest.

If uribe has to face a right hander i prefer it is a right hander that throws alot of fastballs... and what do you know, oswalt does.

Enough with the luck talk.

Is it me, or does Jon's windup look a little off?

Fox announcers have as much taste as Spam. Where's Vin Scully?
