Does a school firewall f*** of the video?  Because this thing is choppy as hell for me, and completely stops periodically.

The network speed will cause that.

I dunno, I can't figure it out. I had seen that troubleshooting page, I can't find anything relevant. My apps are all up to date. Could be a firewall thing, I guess. At least I get the audio. Thanks.

Well, the buses are starting to move...only about 70 minutes late.

I love championship rallies.

11:15 was the plan to get em going, no? thats 20 minutes.

I only set the DVR to record until 2pm. I remember those crappy Bulls rallies, they always started about an hour late.

Marriotti's columns?

That's what Bruce Wolf on FOX 32 said. Then he brought up Hawk's heinie-bird term and explained what it means.

Could all of these channels get any further away?

9:30 AM train out of Arlington Park was SRO. Felt like I was on the Red Line. Couldn't say I was mad. It was packed with Sox fans. Time to head to the parade, then to the Rally Crede with some co-workers. Catch 'yall later.

this is good s***. what a great way to blow off a friday.

I went out to lasalle/jackson to check things out at about 11am, and it was nuts already. There were tons of people out there, and a bunch more streaming in from all directions. It was also the staging areas for the pipers and some of the civic groups, so the atmosphere was electrice as they were all warming up and practicing. I wish I could have stayed.

My dad works at 29 S Lasalle and is so happy that he doesn't have to work tonight. Last time there was a ticker tape parade, the mounds of paper were pushed into the private alleys/driveways and since he is a janitor it fell upon him to clean up - took his full 8 hr shift plus an additional 4 hrs to cleanup - it might have been 20 years ago, but he never forgot that lol.

My aunt is down there. My friend and I were going to go, but I woke up sick as did two of her daughters. About 10 pills (and a checking balance check) later and I am starting to feel better lol.

Going to be merging everything into here.

Good idea. The parade is so great to watch.

Wow, i'm glad I logged on. This makes me feel part of it. No one around here is interested when I mention the world series and the White Sox. So this is what Chicago looks like then.

OMG. the camera angle on 9 looked like the bus ran into the crowd.

The Sec.State of Illinois just said on WGN that they were working on a commemorative license plate for the Sox.

They're starting to drop confetti in the financial district!!!!

This is the coolest parade EVER.

The should have reversed the parade route and held the rally at the Cell.

How about heading over to Wrigley?!
