January 30, 200620 yr Got sent this article: "And RUMOR has it that AJ PIERZYNSKI has been in discussions with WWE about appearing tonight. He just shot an angle with TNA several months ago. " http://www.backstagewrestling.com/headline...140651630.shtml Anyone tired off him doing stuff like this? Sure last time it was funny, but we certainly can't afford for him to get hurt. Hopefully it stays a rumor. EDIT: WWE, WWF. Same thing, right? Edited January 30, 200620 yr by Buehrle>Wood
January 30, 200620 yr Hell no Im not tired of it. I love wrestling, that will just make me watch more. He better not start getting in the ring though
January 30, 200620 yr I'll take any publicity our team can get. Sells tickets. And I think he has a much better chance of getting hurt driving to the WWE event than he does actually doing anything there.
January 30, 200620 yr Author QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jan 30, 2006 -> 10:10 PM) Is Raw in Chicago tonight? Looked it up, no. It's in Orlando.
January 30, 200620 yr QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jan 30, 2006 -> 05:10 PM) Is Raw in Chicago tonight? Probably in Florida, thats where AJ lives.
January 30, 200620 yr he isnt going to do any big moves or anything dont know why ur worried of him getting hurt.....

January 30, 200620 yr I'm not into WWE or any kind of wrestling, but it's worth seeing if he's on it.
January 30, 200620 yr If AJ gets hurt Reinsdorf will put McMahon out of business. WHAT'CHA GONNA DO WHEN PIERZYNSKIMANIA RUNS WILD ON YOU?!!!
January 30, 200620 yr I imagine his role would be very limited, even more limited than his TNA appearance. I think when he did the last wrestling appearance he wasn't under contract with the White Sox, they only had arbitration rights on him, now he's actually signed with the White Sox.
January 31, 200620 yr It will most likely be less than his TNA appearance, It think he was on the Score Saturday talking about possibly doing some stuff leading up to Mania or most likely after Mania. Mania is on the 2nd of April, for obvious reasons he wouldn't be able to do that date but Raw stays in Chicago for the night after when the Sox have an off date and WWE would definitly be capatalizing on what TNA couldn't and that was AJ appearing in Chcago, the place would blow its lid if they could pull that appearance off.
January 31, 200620 yr He's probably just going to be in attendance and not involved in any storylines.

Arbitation or not the sox controlled him 100%.
January 31, 200620 yr QUOTE(q\/\/3r+y @ Jan 30, 2006 -> 06:09 PM) Arbitation or not the sox controlled him 100%. either way, im almost positive in his new contract he agreed to a clause that said he could no longer participate in any wrestling...he might be tehre just to talk it up or whatever, but im pretty sure its against hit contract to actually participate

January 31, 200620 yr WWE ( and yes, it's the same as WWF - the WWF had to change their initials after losing a court case to the pandaf***ers who also use WWF as initials ) is also running an angle with Shaquille O'Neal where he has knocked down Carlito at basketball arenas a couple of times. Vince LOVES using legit sports stars to cross-promote.
January 31, 200620 yr AJP might have been on the Smackdown taping tonight. There's rumors it will lead to a bigger spot at WrestleMania, which is in Chicago this year.
February 1, 200620 yr Apparently from what I read on a wrestling board, that he pulled out of it last minute.
February 1, 200620 yr Apparently from what I read on a wrestling board, that he pulled out of it last minute. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hmmm... http://www.prowrestling.com/news.php?id=16970/articles/news -- Unless storyline plans changed, the small-time celebrity who was in talks with WWE about an angle reportedly backed out. The individual was supposed to start with WWE last night and continue with the company through WrestleMania. Could it be A.J.? Maybe he didn't want to piss off the Sox after signing a big contract. February 15, 200620 yr http://www.pro-wrestling.com/newsart/16060.php (TNA Owner/Panda Energy heiress) Dixie Carter confirmed our earlier report on TNAWrestlingNews.com while on the Between the Ropes radio show last week. Carter noted that WWE had unsuccessfully tried to bring in Chicago White Sox's AJ Pierzynski for Wrestlemania 22. Pierzynski was scheduled to start at RAW three weeks ago Ha, looks like it was kinda true.
