As I mentioned a couple of times this spring, I'm worried about Freddy Garcia's health.

 

Yeah, I'm not sure if it's physical or mental with him though. I thought he was throwing around 90 mph during the WBC.

Garcia gonna get smoffed throwing like this. His off-speed stuff is not spectacular... he needs that 93-95 ( he can throw even harder) mile an hour fastball to set up everything else.
