Will actually watch an hour or so of this game before I go to work, so I will see the ring ceremony. I'm still 50/50 on calling off work though. I already have been thinking of excuses. I'll see how I feel tomorrow morning.

Agreed, it will be awhile before Uribe ever draws 2 walks in a game again.

Tomorrow caps off the festivities of the 2005 White Sox with them receiving rings. It'll be neat to see all the former players in the park tomorrow.

Who: Epic Records performing artists and South Side natives Marty Casey and Lovehammers will perform an exclusive pregame acoustic set.

 

Chicago-based singer/songwriter Alice Peacock will sing the national anthem.

 

Olympic gold medalist Shani Davis will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.

11:00 a.m. -- Gates open

12:30 p.m. -- Ring presentation

12:55 p.m. -- Marty Casey and Lovehammers acoustic set

 

I'll be home for lunch at noon, so I'll be able to watch the ring ceremony. Let's go 2-0!!

 

This will be the last bit of celebration for what was accomplished last year. Everybody enjoy it.
