DJ is really harping on Garcia throwing soft.

That tells me something, and what it tells me is something is wrong.

Absolutely. I was going to point out that DJ has been very critical of Garcia's style today. I love to hear that type of analysis from DJ, and as you, me, and other observers know, the announcing crew usually speaks for the organization.

Who's gonna take him?

alot of teams would like to have him im sure, its just one game people, he will get in form

FREDDY YOU FREAKING MENTAL CASE! get your head outta your ass

Difficulty is nothing usually for Garcia-what shows he has nothing is this time he cant get an out when he needs it.

Right, dirt to ankles.  The pitch was still down in the grand scheme of things.

That pitch is right in Thome's wheelhouse though. It wasn't a terrible pitch.

I just tuned in. Is it the usual long ball Freddy off to a slow start, only it just keeps going this time??

Recap please.

Weird, i didnt even watch the game, but saw the score and figured freddy was throwing weak like he did in the spring. A 85-88 mph fastball is not gonna get it done, especially against the tribe.

God.  Listening to Farmer and Singleton is painful.

And actually worse in a game like this

LOL. Freddy's like call me when September gets here.

The White Sox very quietly alluded to this in spring training, I remember a comment by Cooper saying "if Freddy needs to miss a turn or two".

The only other thing is, he does not loosen up well in this cool weather but I still think something is wrong.

And here comes Boone Logan.

this is probably the worst performance by non cuban sox SP ive seen in.....well since 04

Looks like we found our #5 starter this year. All along, I've thought it would be Contreras, Buehrle, Vazquez, Garland, Garcia.

Freddy is a different pitcher on the road

in comes boone

Well, this season's already interesting. I was expecting one of Contreras/Garland to take a step back, but with Garcia turning into Kirk Reuter, I'm hoping both can duplicate last season.

Logan coming in making his major league debut in front of a packed house. I realize we have no other option, but this could get ugly real quick :o

Feel bad for Freddy. Sometimes he has trouble warming up and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if that was the case today.

I don't think Freddy is gonna win a game this year when I really think about it.

84 MPH Fastball = HR

85 MPH fastball = RBI Single

84 MPH Fastball = RBI Single

85 MPH Fastball = RBI Double . . .

You can bet Ozzie and KW will find out real quick.

If he's not throwing hard, this is what you get: a bad pitcher with $19M left on his contract.

He'll get his fair share of wins, but it's disturbing to see such a puss arm today. No reason to jump off any bridges Jphat :P

Boone gets Hafner to pop out. :o
