lol Hawk says we have them right where we want them. Personally I'd rather be ahead by 6 than behind.

WHy Is Buehrle still in there?

It's too late now

Buehrle lowering the bar for most pathetic outing of his career. It's not just the number of hits but who's hitting them that makes this so trash.

ok let's get some runs back. Cmon Alex try to make up for that error.

can't wait to read Mariottis article about this game

I hate that our pitchers are consistently putting all this pressure on our offense to make these crazy comebacks.

No offense to Mark and Jose, but they probably don't deserve to be all-stars. Right now, there are at least 7 pitchers having better years. Certainly better than Mark, Jose can have a case, but we probably only deserve Jenks as a pitcher.

Ozzie:

You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em,

Know when to walk away and know when to run.

You never count your money when youre sittin at the table.

Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.

When you pitcher is having a bad day take the f***er out.

yeah, people need to have some perspective on a bad outing, but this is soxtalk, where people would rather type a four page essay about how they want to lynch a player instead of rooting for a comeback

I've stopped expecting anything less than the lowest common denominator from this place

Not a bad outing at all. Just 2 innings where he tipped his pitches.

Jose should definitely be there. I'm 60-40 on Mark.

Yeah me too. I love comebacks but I'd just rather win without having to comeback.

exactly! our starting pitching looks tired lately.... leaving them in just doesnt make much sense to me either.... the other day he left Vazquez in too long...

Yeah that inning kind of hurt, it hurts even more that it came from Neifi Perez of all people

QUOTE(jphat007 @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 02:47 PM)
LOL. Yah f*** you Mark Buerhle, what have you ever done for us? Seriously. Do you even think about what you type? You are embarassing.

I'm surprised you're actually around. You weren't here yesterday when Vazquez was getting pounded.

THats the second f***ing time WGN has missed the first play of the inning.

Okay, so we need a 3 run HR from Uribe this inning. No problem.

And then he needs to come up in the 7th and hit a grand slam.

And then in the 9th, maybe a bases clearing double.

I don't think that I'm asking for too much. :D

get it started Alex.

No point in taking Buehrle out now, let him give up 30 runs and save the bullpen.

It's okay to say buerhle f***ing sucked, and was awful, because he was. He was terrible today, but to say s*** like f*** you Mark Buerhle is an embarassment to Sox fans.

Why let Buehrle sit? I'd tell his ass, "I'm not burning my bullpen because you put together a s*** outing against a s*** team."

Nah, the Cubs were stealing signs today, that's the only way the great MB could have been touched for 11 runs...

Agreed. Coming to game threads are like passing a car wreck on the highway. You wanna ignore it but can't help look. Some posts in here will lower ones IQ.
