How come you use the team name for the Yankees and Sox, but city (or state :P) name for Detroit, Boston and Minnesota?

My guess, they only have one team in the city.

Inning over, phew. Somebody build the 3 out effing bridge to Jenks. If they can, we're through the extremly painful part of their lineup. It's all about the top of the 8th.
