Hit a homer

QUOTE(Maverick0984 @ Sep 12, 2006 -> 11:35 PM)
Juan WILL swing for the fences

Most teams swing for the fences in extra innings. Some analyst had a theory that a team with little team power would be a better extra inning team, because they wouldn't swing for the fences. If you can reach them, its a natural reaction.

Pods hasn't had a called 3rd strike tonight.

Good job little guy, you suck.

Please leave Pods...please leave

Thats alright, he pulled up at third and most likely cost the team a run. What a useless player he is. He shouldn't be ahead of Jerry Owens even.

i love how tadahito handles a bat after his swing, like a ninja

We must think that extra innings starts in inning number 2 then.

Pods line last three months: .260/.305/.335. Just what you want from the player guaranteed the most at-bats.

Jenks vs. Vlad - hopefully everyone in the bleachers brought their helmets

This offense sucks

Owens may not be good, but atleast he'll hustle.

woah, my post dissapeared....just trying to look smart

Here comes the heart of the lineup.

We need more Pablo in extra innings.

Was Hermy better than his line indicates....or no?

Scott,

I may be banned

Dont talk about the 12th best offense in the majors in the 2nd half that way. I mean we have the 14 million dollar Flordia Marlins beat by a few runs. over 500 runs in the first half, on pace for a little over 300 for the 2nd half.

Defense HUGE!

Probably worse. The hit he gave up was screaming "hit me". The double play ball was a hard hit ball up the middle. Nice play by Iguchi.
