That's definitely not good.

Contreras down, appears to have issues with his hamstring.

And down goes Contreras. Looks like he pulled a muscle. That's the last we're seeing him this season.

Oh s***....

Why do I feel like our season is laying on the ground with him.....

Looks like I spoke too soon, as it's only a cramp hopefully. Haeger is warming up in the pen.

He's staying in the game...good to see it's not a serious physical injury.

You can't take a chance here. Remove him.

If his hamstring tightened up, why can't it occur again an inning from now? Or grow progressively worse?

What Hawk just mentioned right now is the key. Jose may compensate for his injury by altering his delivery.

This is ALL on Guillen -- have to remove him immediately after this inning and not risk an injury.

Whew....

Hopefully he is really fine and not just sticking it out....

Now a smart team would bunt him off the mound.

Just as I am typing.

If it's a cramp, it's logical that he could stay in the game.

Bmac is up.

Make the f***ing catch.

McCarthy is now warming up, and not Haeger.

Nicely turned DP.

Nice DP.

It may be logical since he's physically able to stand, but watching just now -- since the initial cramp -- his velocity is down.

It plays on the mind of pitchers.

I'd like to see BMac in soon. I don't know what happened with Jose but we can't risk it.

If it was a cramp, as it appears, this little break should be enough to where he can continue.

Nice double for Anderson.

3 doubles in 2 games for BA.

He's going to hit his way right to the bench again.

SSI...did you notice that the A's had a pull shift on for AJP?

Uribe is not a streaky hitter. He is a crappy hitter.

The only thing that has happened over the last few years, is that Uribes BA has plummetted down.

Brian just earned himself a bench spot.

Why do we continue to play Uribe? Ozzie's use of this personnel is absolutely sickening.

wow, great job Juan.

alright then, that's good.

I would do that on him, and put the same thing on for Kong. That plus pitching low and away would really put this offense into the crapper.

It was a double....it wasn't a home run or a single and then stolen base.
