What, are you a masochist or somethin'?

HAHAHAHAHA, God I wish I was......I have come to terms that we would need to sweep this series to have a shot at anything, I put this season to bed after the 2nd Oakland loss though I could only be optimistic for so long. THANK GOD FOR DA BEARS

I'm going to be the beer vendors best friend tomorrow and wednesday at these games..what a debacle.

lol that's the funniest thing I've heard in a while.

Is there any worry that a collective bargaining agreement won't get done this winter? I know there is always a chance of it not getting done with the clowns running both sides, but I haven't heard anything about it, and it seems like you hear more about it leading up to the offseason when it's supposed to expire.

Was just wondering if anybody had heard anything.

That's it, I've had it with Buehrle choking away our season. Remove him next inning for Haegar or McCarthy.

This game couldn't have been more critical to our season, and this is how he treats the home fans. To a delicious serving of meatballs.

Please, let there be a general manager out there willing to trade for Buehrle. I'm not willing to expect him to rebound next season. His stinct is exposed -- swing early against him, because his stuff is weak and he consistently pounds the zone. How exactly do you recover from this?

You mean you're ACTUALLY going to the game still? We should all picket or boycott or sumthin'.

I have heard that everything is going fine on the labor front. I would be shocked if there was a work stoppage.

there's a strike out.

And I was looking forward to my tickets on Wednesday for the longest frickin time.

I love how our players wait until there's an opportunity for a DP to hit perfectly positioned ground balls.

If we lose, that should be about it. You can't realistically expect this ballclub to go on a 11-1 run, whereas hoping Minnesota or Detroit collapse.

Before last year, the Sox always got hot when they were elminated, they'll probably tease you like that. I wouldn't be surprised if most of them got their ring, and don't want to go through everything that comes with the championship (all the interviews, appearances, shortened offseason, etc). If Buerhle cared, he would notice that he gave up runs in every 1st inning of every game this year and change something to his prep. AJ would do something other than a light jog or not go out for a huge party and come back in the wee hours of the morning for an important division game early in the year. They don't care, it's about collecting the paychecks for most of these guys now

This was supposed to be the big series. Now, it's "meh".

Give them to any one of the homeless people patrolling around the park. Maybe they'll take them. Probably won't, though.

Hey man season tix are expensive..I'm gonna go so I can show my disapproval for this travesty. I'm definitely not standing or clapping when I hear "Sox fans, on your feet"

They are sold out

If you can't beat the shift, go the other way.

Mr. September.......

What can you say about him?

this game is going to be over real quick at this rate

Well at least that's good news.

Hey the season premiere of the Women's PBA is on tonight! Debut of the over made up, average looking women's bowling league. It's on the ocho!!

It is slow, painful and agonizing watching the post-season slipping away inning by inning. What a Phawking disaster this season has been. KW has to be beside himself. This team was the CLEAR favorite to AT LEAST reach the playoffs. I think that's why so many fans and writers are pissed; this team HUGELY underachieved. This is way beyond what I thought the Sox could choke. Unbephawkinglievable.

Carl was right.

Nice Maggs has two homers, love getting it shoved up our ass by former players.

How about a f***ing long ball AJ, all you are good for lately.

ill take that, crede wouldn't be able to hit the ball off a tee right now so I'll take a baserunner
