Well, I don't know exactly, but the spot I learned about is around the chin. The guy wouldn't show me b/c he said it's not to be learned like that (I should go thru extensive training, which I'm not, lol). As for how long, I didn't even think to ask, and don't know how to get in touch with him. The guy was a trainer at a lacrosse camp I was working, which is now over.
