Vazquez should have never started the inning. That's vintage Ozzie from last year where he'd leave his starter in to start an inning late in the game where there was realistically no reason for them to be out there. I can't even start to count the amount of times a pitcher went from having a line of 6 innings, 3 runs to 6.1 innings, 5 runs.
