Can you imagine the emotional high the Phillies are on right now? Trailing by 7 games just two weeks ago? They say teams with the most momentum do the most damage come October. The Phillies are going to be a tough out.

Unfortunately, they may say that, but recent evidence says exactly the opposite. i.e. the 2006 St. Louis Cardinals. And until the last week of the season, the White Sox in 05 were pretty much panicking around Mid September too.

I'm rooting for Colorado, but they'd be better off facing just about any other starter as they've fared poorly against him and he's pretty damn good, if you haven't noticed. Plus they're throwing Fogg at him.

They are also playing in Coors. If they were playing in Petco, I'd just as well cancel the game.
