Their schemes seem to be wrong way too often. Urlacher's also been so average this year. It's just not a very good team, with some pathetic coaching.

Tillman is just awful, he has given up about 170 yards already, both safeties misread almost every play and the d line still cant stop the run. We need about 45 picks in next years draft.
