Really, I think they've done a good job holding their ground so far, but they're definitely going to have to shoot better than 29% if they plan on making some noise in the second half. All things considered though, to be down only 7 against Michigan State on the road, with the game being pretty close before a late first half run by MSU, is encouraging. The Gophers held their own, which I suppose, is all I could ask for considering we were on the road in a hostile environment. Hopefully today's game will mean more Al Nolen and Lawrence McKenzie on the floor at the same time, as the Gophers seemed to have played their best when this was the case.
