Come to think of it, Dombrowski's ego has gotten the better of him in more ways than one. first he was too big headed to realize he needed to go after Octavio Dotel or Scott Linebrink to shore up that pen. Secondly, he foolishly decided to stay in the booth for one more inning. joe morgan asked him, sheepishly, after the last inning and dombrowski agreed! now the jokes on him as his team continues to get humilated on national tv.
