I think you need some speed on a team, for when you go in a slump, you can bunt your way on and beat out some infiled hits.

It's also nice when you have runners on 1st and 2nd to see the guy on 2nd score on a single, instead of just having the bases loaded.

I like having Swisher on our team, I think he was a great pickup, but I wish we had a legitimate leadoff hitter who could bunt and had some speed. This team has no speed whatsoever.

Truth be told, I think that we are going to regret this trade. I know that I am in the monority on this, but I am just not a swisher fan.

Well I wanted to see how we stacked up against the Yankees. Now I know. And it isn't good. This tream may beat the s*** teams of the American League, but against the upper echelon teams, they will get smoked.

This team has been a .500 team for the last week or so. No hitting + bad pitching = 2007.
