Was given the day off.

 

They pay me whether I work or not!

Worked half my shift last night, going in tonight to do the other half after the Mrs. gets home from work.

picked up another guys hours today so... yep, i'm workin.

Thankfully not. Going to be studying though.

Worked until noon.

Volunteered for 4 hours. Got time and a half.

Was given the day off.

Day off, and it's a beautiful day as well.

I worked from 6:30 to noon, and then had the rest of the day to enjoy. But, I work at a golf course, so I was expecting to have to work. I'm off tomorrow, though.

I chose "Voluntarily working" but I think I am using in a way that it is not meant. i worked as a volunteer at the Vietnam Traveling wall here in schaumburg. What an AMAZING weekend. Very moving with some great musical performances and VIP speeches at the programs.

 

Ya know, it means a lot when the co-owner of the wall walks up to you personally and says "you did an incredible job". It means a lot.

I went in but wasn't needed, so left.

Another reason why Sears will be out of business in 2-3 years. Woodfield Mall closes at 6, Sears stays open to 9. Of course those 3 hours practically 0 customers came into the stores and all I did was watch the Ninja Turtles movie and play the ps2 we have on display.

Just got home from the second half of my split shift.

I hope to sleep most of Tuesday away.

If you see me posting here on Tuesday, you'll know my sleep plan was foiled.

Paid to stay home

Time and a half at my side job. Woo.

Paid to go to the pool and eat burgers. Fine by me!
