actaully it would not be because they wouldn't want the draft picks, that quite frankly is very silly. Its more like because they think he might accept it, at 12 million. If he accepts they are stuck with his crabby attitude. thats the reason. not the draft picks. The sox are in a tough spot with cabrera and crede. They would love to get rid of them but they can't, they are in it too late. they will have to eat those.
