I wonder if I could steal on this pitching staff.

Didn't you see the video from Spring Training with Joe Cowley betting AJ that he could steal off him...it was pretty funny.

As many stolen bases as I've seen, these pitchers have been fantastic at keeping them from scoring.

Positive-Touchdown Bears.24-14 bears lead

Yeah, AJ could throw me out if these pitchers are out there holding the ball.

Fathom was right weeks ago when he said he was assuming 3 losses in Minnie. The season had to be decided before that series. We'll either be even in the loss column or one down after visiting Minnie depending on the rest of today. WOW.

Dreaded lead-off walk.

Lead off walk.

Whew. Got out of that one. If you're so unhappy his defense at second, can you imagine Lex at short next year?

You have to remember this is the first time Ramirez has played a 162 game season. He was playing essentially mid to high A ball last season in Cuba.

He'll be fine. Nobody could be worse than Royce Clayton, by the way.

No one else I'd rather have batting second here than Konerko....

The Patriots are getting their asses handed to them by the Dolphins. Awesome.

Minnesota is not that good of a baseball team. This attitude that they are going to sweep us is pathetic.

Hopefully Paulie will bunt one over the LF fence.

It will be fun watching Alexei run from SS to foul ground down the right field line to get pop ups that Dye and Kong can't get.

I think we'll take 2/3 there. That's my bold prediction.

Especially that Blackburn, the way he has been pitching, is going to beat Buehrle. I can see us losing the 1st and 3rd games more easily.

I like the pitching match ups in our favor.

Let's just win this game and than go to Minn up 3 in the loss column.

Agreed. I don't think anyone here realizes how bad Minnesota has been lately. The amount of home runs their pitching is giving up has been pathetic to say the least.

I don't think we can win this game, 1-0.

We can't win ANY game 1-0.

PK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're going to say things, at least look them up before you do so. It might prevent some embarrassment.

Blackburn in September: 7.58 ERA, 26 H, 17 R in 19 IP

GENIUS

Thanks PK. Insurance is always good, especially today while the Twins are already winning.
