Pitch around Wise. Definitely do that.

It makes since doesn't it? I means a .192 hitter with no rbi's is dangerous :gosoxretro:

no excuse for pods playing well this yr. he has thrown people out who have tried to run on him, he is hitting, and ozzie found a lineup he likes with pods and alexi at the top, and base running needs to be improved of pods. Other than that, Im not complaining seeing how we picked him up for nothing

I miss Getz in to face righties. Getz is out for the rest of this series.

Just wow. I don't know what to say.

Mazzaro didn't throw a strike to anyone that inning. Nix swing after 6 straight balls is ridiculous.

Mazzaro might end up being good, but he's absolutely awful right now.

I think he's a bad baseball player who gets WAY more credit than he's due. If anyone in the lineup starts producing or the team starts winning it's because of Podsednik regardless of his production, there's always some bulls*** excuse.

Hey now, don't go and get the natives restless. Mr. Podsednik is the savior of the 2009 season.

Pods pops out.Did the ole hawkeroo say how "he just missed that one dangdy daggummit?

We're back to classic White Sox baseball folks, where situational hitting just does not exist.

Not to jinx it, but Randy Wells has a no-hitter after 6 innings.

How funny would that no-hitter be?

The way people are talking about him (Hawk especially) you'd think he's sporting a .370 OBP, 15 stolen bases and a 4.30 pit/pa but in reality he's been less productive than our disappointing leadoff man from last year then you factor in the atrocious base running and you start wondering why this guy is getting more credit than any other person for the team's turn around.

He did act like Nix hit an absolute rocket, even though it was pretty much a soft liner to Sweeney.

Bases loaded, 1 out, rookie pitcher on the mound, and we get nothing.

They are poor & slow learners apparently

The games I've seen him pitch this year, his command has been impeccable.

We had first and second.

Oh come on..it's the 2nd inning, and we've had 4 base runners. We've had really good situational hitting lately, so don't jump off the bandwagon yet.
