CQ!!

I'm rooting for the twins I kind of like the whole Twins or White Sox taking the division each year minus the Indians a few years ago.

Peavy is dealing. I can't wait for a full season with him.

Btw, where has this offense been this season?

what he said

i know, great imput :lolhitting

Peavy is so good and so smart. He's really on another level than most guys.

Peavy the big dog just eating up those poor lil kitties.

This rotation is going to be somethin' special next year. And we still, IMO, haven't seen the best of Danks/Floyd.

was thinking of posting this on motown sports...

Who knows if Peavy never takes that liner off the elbow...

God is Peavy a stud

Is it safe to say at this point, after just 2 starts against them, that Peavy owns the Tigers?

Two things.

Our rotation next year is going to be sick. Absolutely sick.

Polanco would look pretty damn good over at 2nd, hitting 2nd for us. Slide Beckham down to 3rd. He might be a hell of a lot more affordable than anything else out there.

If Polanco is a FA, the Sox should go after him hard. That guy makes pitchers work hard and rarely strikes out. Uh oh! Linebrink in with only an 8 run lead.

amazing how an ace changes the complexion of a team

For all those who wanted to shut down Peavy, he's showing why he pitched. Now he won't have any doubts coming into Spring Training, and the White Sox are going to be able to market the crap out of him this offseason. If he hadn't pitched, it wouldn't have been as effective.

Did you know the Sox drafted Polanco a few rounds after they took Carrie Schueler? He didn't sign.

He still should have been shut down (everybody knew how good he is), but it was enjoyable to watch him pitch a few times in our uniform and get a preview of what he'll give us next year.

Christ Almighty, 8-0 over Jackson? 8 IP for Peavy? yeesh.

f*** you Tigers! *clap,clap,clap-clap-clap*

No need for an infielder. None at all. Have more than we can use.

No way. As long as he was healthy enough to pitch only positives could have come from this. He'll be fired up, the team will be fired up and the fanbase will be fired up about Jake Peavy 2010. If he didn't pitch, it would all still be question marks. There's people on this board who still want Buerhle pitching opening day. Peavy is the best pitcher they have had in a long time.
